1. Promotion is granted on the basis of the yearly performance of the pupil.
2. Regularity in attendance is imperative.
3. End of the Chapter’test will be conducted after completion of each chapter.
4.The term is divided into 4 parts. PA1, Half Yearly Exam ,PA2,Annual exam.
5.The above first three exams will be followed by a PTM,where answer scripts of the students would be shown to the Parent.
6. Internal Marks of 20 will be awarded to the student on the basis of- Written Work (CW/HW)Completion,Project,Subject Enrichment,Chapter End Test and various other activities.
7.The Periodic Assessments (PA) will be of 40 marks and Half Yearly and Annual Exam will be of 80 marks.
8. 75% attendance is required by the pupil to be eligible to appear for the Final Examination.
9. If any pupil is unable to appear for his/her Annual Exam due to Medical Reason or any unavoidable circumstances,the previous marks scored by the pupil,in the academic year will be considered for his/her promotion to the next class.
10. Annual Result will be declared at the end of the session ,and will be considered final in all cases.
11. Final Result will not be reconsidered and answer papers will not be shown.
