Rules In Case Of Absence

1. 75% Attendance in a year is required by a student to be eligible for appearing for the Annual Examination.

2.Leave of One Day will be granted to the pupil, if he/she gets an application from the Parent addressing the Class Teacher ,Duly signed only by the Parent/Guardian.

3.More than One Day Leave should be intimated to the Class Teacher through an application, Duly signed only by the Parent/Guardian.

4.Every absence should be entered briefly in the Non-Attendance page of the Almanac along with the application and signed by the Parent/Guardian.

5.A student will not be granted a ‘Half Day’ leave unless there is a written application from the Parent/Guardian has come in person to collect the student.
